Praecom – Tekantti
Nordic Project Design Oy on toiminut useiden vuosien ajan Praecom Oy:n yritysjärjestelyjen neuvonantajana yhtiön kasvaessa sekä orgaanisesti että yritysostojen kautta. Neljän vuoden aikana Praecom on yli kolminkertaistanut liikevaihtonsa ja noussut yli 25 miljoonan euron liikevaihtoa tekeväksi yhtiöksi, joka tarjoaa monipuolisia IT- ja kyberturvallisuuspalveluja B2B-markkinoilla, erityisesti ratkaisuja video- ja kokous-AV-teknologiaan.
Nordic Project Design toimi Praecomin neuvonantajana joulukuussa 2025 toteutetussa järjestelyssä, jossa Praecom hankki oululaisen Tekantti Oy:n koko osakekannan. Yritysosto kasvattaa Praecom-konsernin kokoa noin 10 % ja vahvistaa sen asemaa erityisesti Oulun talousalueella, mutta myös laajemmin Pohjois-Suomessa, Pohjois-Pohjanmaalla ja Kuopion seudulla.

Nordic Project Design Oy has served for several years as Praecom Oy’s corporate finance advisor as the company has grown both organically and through acquisitions. Over four years, Praecom has more than tripled its revenue, becoming a company with a turnover of over €25 million, providing various IT and cybersecurity services in the B2B market, and especially solutions for video and meeting AV technology.
Nordic Project Design acted as Praecom’s advisor in the transaction completed in December 2025, in which Praecom acquired the entire share capital of Tekantti Oy, based in Oulu. The acquisition increases the size of the Praecom Group by approximately 10% and strengthens its position particularly in the Oulu economic region, but also more broadly in Northern Finland, Northern Ostrobothnia, and the Kuopio area.
