Exchange of shares in Vanajanlinna Oy and Bon Group Oy. The share exchange resulted in a €17 M hotel and restaurant group with 14 shareholders and numerous nationally renowned hotel and restaurant properties. Financial and legal advisor appointed by both companies, 2025.
